Raw Edges’ Cosmic Table is both deceptively simple and remarkably ingenious: the base, which resembles an endless ribbon, was originally created using just three pieces of interlocking paper. Constructed in innovative carbon fibre, its organic shape is lined with richly coloured leather that elegantly contrasts with the edges. The top is made of heavyweight glass handcrafted using centuries-old Venetian techniques to resemble a disc of ice whose delicately rippling texture gracefully casts shifting, water-like reflections and shadows.
